Get Started Survey: When you complete our Get Started survey, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number, along with information about your financing request, including deal type, estimated net worth, estimated liquid assets, estimated credit score range, and property or loan-specific details relevant to your request (such as purchase price, property value, loan-to-value, or loan amount).
We collect this information to evaluate your financing request, respond to your inquiry, and, where appropriate, connect you with lenders in our network who may be suited to your specific scenario.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to communicate with you about your inquiry or financing request, to evaluate and structure potential loan scenarios, and to match your request with an appropriate lender from our network. With your consent (collected via our survey), we may also contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your request and related services.
Who We Share Your Data With
We may share your information with third-party lenders and capital sources in our network when doing so is necessary to evaluate or place your financing request. We also use third-party service providers to operate this website and manage client communications, including our CRM platform, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), for storing contact and survey submissions, and our calendar/scheduling provider for booking strategy calls. If you request a password reset (for any account-based features on this site), your IP address will be included in the reset email.
We do not sell your personal information.
